Apple, iPad and iPhone users: After entering your login security code, touch the “Go” button on your keypad. Once the video player is revealed, touch the play symbol (triangle) on the lower left or center screen of the video player to begin viewing the livestream video.

If you lose connection or the livestream video stops playing click the refresh button.  You can also close the browser and re-login.

Your login time will be provided to you by your event host/event coordinator.  During the livestreaming of the wedding, we will have a technician monitoring the livestream video to ensure everything is working correctly.  If you experience a technical issue, you may email the on-duty technician for support.
